Real Life Options is proud to be accredited as an Investor In People. Investors in People is about action and excellence. It helps us to raise the performance of the organisation through the effective development of our people.

As an Investor In People, the Board of Management makes a public commitment to: develop all employees to achieve business planning objectives; regularly review the training and development needs of all employees throughout their employment; and evaluate investment in training and development to assess achievement and improve future effectiveness.

The Investor In People body has a website that contains more detailed information about how to achieve the award and the level of effort that is required to both attain and maintain it.

The Care & Support Alliance

The Care & Support Alliance is a consortium of over 65 organisations, including Real Life Options, who represent and support older people, disabled people and people with long-term health conditions and their families. We are working together to promote urgent reform to tackle the crisis in our care system.

CCPS is the association of voluntary sector organisations providing care and support services in Scottish communities. Its membership comprises the majority of the leading national non-profit and charitable service providers in Scotland.

Positive about Disabled People -
Real Life Options is committed to being a positive influence on the lives of disabled people. Our employment practices are designed to reflect this principle and to get the best from our employees with a disability. Real Life Options will:
