The results are in, the votes have been counted and 95% of team members report that they enjoy their job, and 93% are proud to work for Real Life Options. This is the headline findings of the recently undertaken Staff Satisfaction Survey.

The survey is undertaken to gauge the attitudes and opinions of individuals in regard to people management within Real Life Options and to determine any other issues that affect team members at work.

The results of this survey allow us to evaluate and monitor the impact of our people management policies and to strengthen communication within the organisation as well as helping to inform the development of future policies and practices.

The survey looks at job role, expectations, working relationships and job satisfaction. It also evaluates understanding of health and safety and organisational policies as well as performance management.

The responses from the survey were very positive with 94% in agreement that Real Life Options provides a high quality service, and 91% in agreement that Real Life Options is a good organisation to work for.

This year's survey also showed improvements in the application of people management policies such as our well-being at work assessment and supervisions as well as in communication and informing and consulting team members.
