KINGS NORTON - three small specialist care homes and one small care home with nursing for a total of 26 people with learning disabilities and associated support needs.
KINGS HEATH - a small specialist care home for people with learning disabilities.
MOSELEY - two small specialist care homes for a total of 11 people with learning disabilities.
Coventry:
North East COVENTRY - 24 hour supported living services for people with learning disabilities and associated needs, living in semi-detached houses and bungalows (each for two sharers).
Derbyshire:
LONGEATON - supported living services for 15 people with learning disabilities who were previously living in NHS campus accommodation, in partnership with Derbyshire County Council and Amber Valley Housing. * Further information
CHESTERFIELD area - a specialist supported living service for two women with learning disabilities and complex needs.
City of Nottingham:
CENTRAL NOTTINGHAM (Arboretum) - a supported living service for a person with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, living in their own self contained flat tenancy.
WOLLATON, NOTTINGHAM - two supported living services (one for an individual and the other for two sharers) for people with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
Nottinghamshire:
NOTTINGHAMSHIRE OUTREACH SERVICE - providing individual packages of support for people with a learning disability, living in their own homes in the City of Nottingham or County of Nottinghamshire.
