Real Life Options is working with Helen Sanderson Associates to make a one degree shift in the way we work.  We aim to move forward from being a good organisation, to become a great one.  As an organisation, we want to become more person centred and improve the way we work.

Good to Great training is being provided for all staff, along with a toolkit of person centred techniques. The tools are designed to develop individuals, teams and Real Life Options as a whole.  Every month we will focus on a different person centred tool.

This month, Real Life Options, the people we support and their families are concentrating on the one page profile.  Starting with what people like and admire about them, the one page profile will identify what is important to each person and how best to support them.  By looking at each other’s one page profiles, colleagues and people we support will be able to understand the most effective ways to work together.
