Real Life Options has joined with 75 health and social care organisations and lead voices to urge the Prime Minister Theresa May to take action on social care.

The petition calls for Theresa May to seek an urgent cross-party solution to health and social care crisis, in response to the challenges facing health and social care servives in England. A cross-party approach is suggested to achieve a long-term solution to ensure millions of old, ill and disabled people and thier carers can access the high-quality care they deserve.
At 10,000 signatures the Government will respond to this petition, and at 100,000 signatires this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament.
