There were too many white walls around head office, thought Chief Executive, Brian Hutchinson, so he asked staff to come up with some ideas. Tracie Cawley, Human Resources Administrator, suggested it would be great to have art work designed by people we support around the offices, so that the walls would reflect the people who matter to Real Life Options. It was agreed to have a competition.
