Directors of Real Life Options and Advanced Business Solutions met in Pontefract on 5^th May to launch a joint ICT partnership.

This will see the introduction of new ICT (Information & Communications Technology) systems which will transform the way RLO runs its business - from support planning, through operational rotas, staff recruitment, to the back office functions of payroll, human resources and finance.

As the systems are rolled out over the next 12 months, all staff can look forward to new devices which allow real-time access to relevant information and recording of activity.

Ian Roper, Director of Advanced Business Solutions, was equally enthusiastic:

Finance Director, Tony Myers, who led the selection process, commented:
