Experience is often not necessary – RLO is Investors In People accredited and has a systematic and structured approach to training for all staff.  We have already exceeded the government target of 50% of the workforce trained to S/NVQ level 2.  All staff are registered for S/NVQ as soon as they have completed the LDQ induction modules (normally within 6 months of starting work).  Specialist training is also provided for staff working in specialist areas.

Investors In People is the UK's leading people management business improvement standard.  Real Life Options is committed to high standards of staff management and development and achieved Investors In People accreditation in July 1997.

At the latest regular review, which took place in late 2009, the accreditation was renewed for a further three years and Real Life Options achieved the Bronze Award, for organisations that go beyond the usual standard and aim for excellence.
