  Real Life Options is proud to be accredited as an Investor In People.  Investor in People is about action and excellence.  It helps us to raise the performance of the organisation through the effective development of our people. As an Investor In People, the Board of Management makes a public commitment to: develop all employees to achieve business planning objectives; regularly review the training and development needs of all employees throughout their employment; and evaluate investment in training and development to assess achievement and improve future effectiveness.

  Real Life Options is a member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, which represents voluntary organisations to government, the EU and other bodies; and provides training, publications and advice. www.ncvo-vol.org.uk

ECCL -   Real Life Options is a member of the European Coalition for Community Living - a Europe-wide initiative working towards the social inclusion of people with disabilities, by promoting the provision of comprehensive, quality community-based services as an alternative to institutionalisation. www.community-living.info
