Organisational Structure
Real Life Options is a 'not for profit' voluntary organisation - a company limited by guarantee, with assets held in common ownership. Head Office is in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
The organisation is governed by its Board of Management. The Board consists of eight directors - four executive and four non-executive. All directors act as such in a voluntary capacity and receive no remuneration for their role as Directors.
The Executive Management Team is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation. It comprises the Chief Executive, Director of Operations, Finance Director, and Director of Human Resources.
The Director of Operations leads the RLO operational structure. There are two Heads of Operations - one for Scotland and one for England. Each Head of Operations leads a team of Divisional Managers and other specialist staff, who support Service Managers and their staff in providing excellent quality services for our clients.
We also employ staff in a number of specialist roles, such as learning and development, health & safety, policy development, quality assurance, human resources, finance, business development and marketing.
